Once you have placed an order with Bubbles and Baths, you will receive a confirmation email showing that your payment has been received.

Please note that due to the processes used making our products, colours and some designs may vary slightly. Each product is hand made and therefore weights etc are all approximate and there might be small variations.

General Product Information

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the ingredients used in any of our products, please contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions.

If you are prone to skin allergies, we suggest that you do a test patch before using any product. If you have any medical concerns about using our products, please consult your GP. Essential oils should not be used under the age of 6, and we do not recommend using soap or bath products on children under the age of 3, although I have used them on my daughter from 18 months old and had no problems!!

Payment:

We accept credit and debit cards using Paypal's secure server facility. You do not need to have a registered account with Paypal to use this payment method. We also accept cheques and postal orders made payable to Bubbles and Baths Ltd.

Delivery

All orders will be sent out within 3 working days, everything is made fresh for you when you send your order in.

£8.01 to £11.00 - postage is £3.00
£11.01 - to £14.00 - postage is £3.50
£14.01 to £20.00 - postage is £5.00
£20.01 to £25.00 - postage is £6.50
£25.01 to £30.00 - postage is £8.00
Orders over £30.00 - postage is £10.00

Returns Policy

If you need to return your goods, for whatever reason, please follow our returns policy as set out below:

Any product can be returned, other than damaged, for a refund of the cost of the product as long as the product is returned in its original condition. For gift baskets, this means all the items should be returned along with the basket.

We cannot accept responsbility for goods damaged in transit but as a measure of goodwill, we will endeavour to replace goods providing the faulty ones are returned to us.

The product must be received by us within 30 days of our original invoice, at the following address:
